If you are curious, here is a little bit about me.
When I started, I had no idea what value I can bring to the company. I remember the words of my supervisor on the day I started my carreer:
“8 yrs from now you will say you have 8 years of experience. What will it mean?
It can be 8 years of experience with continuous challenges year after year or it can be one year’s experience repeated eight times… And the difference is huge. The choice is yours.”
That’s when I decided to learn how step out of my comfort zone continuously and have a remarkable career.
Initially, I had no idea what I was doing. I was lucky with the trainings and the challenges I got. Even if I made mistakes I learned quickly: execution is king.
You don’t have to have the best solution for every issue. If you have a good enough solution, then you can fix things quickly and improve them by time. You will gain results and your customers will be satisfied faster.
The better I became the more I started to share my knowledge. I started to build teams and became proud of what they achieved.
If you make millions to your company it leads to some awesome challenges and opportunities. Knowing how to set goals and execute the plans can open doors that for you, too.
I gained experience in product design, program management and operations. The challenges involved plant launch, product development, production transfers and stabilization, business development, continuous improvements and restructuring. As a GM of a leading automotive company in Hungary I also had to close the plant and move the business out of the country.
These all required team building and motivational skills. I became great in running operations and also expert in crisis management. It does not matter which mode I was in, there was no shortcut allowed, each action had to support sustainable results.
